Deposits to confirm appointments are not refundable. Once you have paid your deposit, you are committing to your appointment and procedure.
Appointments can be rescheduled with up to 2 days’ notice.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and we cannot go ahead with your appointment due to scheduling, you will lose your deposit. Please allow yourself time for parking/ and possibilities of traffic at peak times.
If you do not show up or cancel within 2 days of your appointment you will lose your deposit. If you cancel within 5 days or do not show for your retouch appointment there will be a $100 charge to re-book the appointment.
We accept cash and all major credit cards on the day. Card payments incur a 2% processing fee.
“The Brow Clinic” does not offer refunds.
Service rates are subject to change, although ‘The Brow Clinic” will take measures to ensure rate changes are communicated via social media platforms and on our website in advance.
Due to insurance liability reasons, ‘The Brow Clinic” is not permitted to perform Cosmetic Tattoo’ing on anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent. Proof of age may be requested at the time of appointment.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they put the correct date and time in their calendars once their spot is confirmed – we do not send out reminders.
