Covid19 Safety Clinic Protocol

Here at Adelaide Skin Therapy we are committed to best practice procedures at all times and adhering to the highest standards of infection control is always of paramount importance at our clinics.

The purpose of this page is to identify our commitment to the health, safety and wellbeing of our clients, the general public & our staff.

It is our primary and paramount priority to ensure our medical facilities are adhering to the Covid19 protocols as put in place by the World Health Organisation & SA Health.

The clinic is following all the required government legislation & as indicated on this page we are taking extra measures to ensure the health and safety of our patients, staff and the public.

Clinic Protocol:

Patient Screening 

“Screening process” prior to booking your appointment with our admin team will take place over the phone to ensure your suitable to come to your appointment.
This includes:
You have not travelled or been in contact with anyone whom has travelled within the last 2 weeks?
You or those you reside with are not unwell or experiencing any flu like symptoms?
You have not been in contact or had close contact with anyone whom has been a confirmed case of the covid19 virus?
Upon entering our clinic we ask you please adhere to social distancing in our waiting room and sanitise your hands with the sanitiser at the front door provided for you.. prior to coming inside.

Covid19 Procedure

You will be reminded to adhere to the 1.5m distancing rule & seating is set out as such.
We have enough rooms to keep clients  isolated at all times.
You will be reminded to wash your hands prior to your appointment and upon leaving the premises. Hand sanitizers are available in every room also.
I will will be using the available PPE also.
I am trained and educated on strict measures for cleaning & infection control in between appointments.
Risk Safety Assessment 
Once arriving at our clinics you will be asked to fill in this ”risk safety assessment questionnaire”.
This questionnaire is compulsory for all clients to complete whom are attending our clinics & seeing our nurses for the administration of S4 medicine/injectables .
1). Have you travelled interstate or overseas within the last 14 days?
2). Have you been in contact with anyone who has travelled overseas or interstate within the last 14 days ?
3). Are you or anyone you reside with feeling unwell or showing any signs of cold or flu like symptoms ?
4). Do you have a temperature today?
5). Have you used the hand sanitizer upon entering our premises?
6). Have you read the strict clinic policy at our front doors prior to entering our premises?
6) I acknowledge the clinic protocol of social distancing and adhering to 1 person per 4 sq/mt (yes….. please initial )
7). I am aware the clinic is carrying out strict protocols and procedures to ensure the spread of Covid19 is reduced (yes…. please initial)

Company Policy


  • Deposits to confirm appointments are payable. Once you have paid your deposit, you are committing to your appointment and procedure.
  • Appointments can be rescheduled with up to 24 hours notice notice.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and we cannot go ahead with your appointment due to scheduling, you will lose your deposit. Please allow yourself time for parking/ and possibilities of traffic at peak times.
  • If you do not show up or cancel within 24 Hours or do not attend  your appointment you will lose your deposit.

Payment Options

  • We accept cash and all major credit cards on the day. Card payments incur a 2% processing fee.


  • “Adelaide Skin Therapy ” does not offer refunds.


  • Service rates are subject to change, although ‘Adelaide Skin Therapy” will take measures to ensure rate changes are communicated via social media platforms and on our website in advance.


  • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they put the correct date and time in their calendars once their spot is confirmed.


  • Please do not bring additional people to your appointment
