Day 1 to 2 

  • Do not cleanse until the next day , use a gentle cleanser with no fragrance
  • Do not shave the area 
  • Avoid excessive perspiration
  • Avoid Sauna, hot baths, spas, swimming in chlorine

Day 3 – 4 

You can start LED 

Ideally have an enzyme peel to remove old skin cells

Day 4 – 5

You can recommence active skincare if the area is not sore

One Week

Do now apply fake tan for one week prior and one week post

Two weeks

You are now able to get  fillers or Botox if required

Drink 2 litres of water prior and post treatment

Ongoing

  • Zinc,  Vitamin C and Omega 3 orally help heal the skin, generate cell growth, Collagen and Elastin. 
  • Sunscreen 15+ is mandatory daily for incidental exposure reapply as per the SUN Smart App recommendations.
  • Do not spray perfume on your neck ever, as it hyper pigments
  • No actives (retinols, Niacidimide, acids) for 3 – 5 days. If in doubt, check with me
  • Omega 3 – 3000 mg per day. Combine EPA with DHA to get total dose. Divide 3,000 by total dose. It will take a month before you notice a difference. Always consume with a meal that contains fat 
  • Apply topically A, C & E whilst undergoing  Skin Needling
